Come explore the dynamics of focus and distraction while leading prayer. The Ba'al Shem Tov (the founder of Hasidism) imagines that when we get distracted during davening, we can actually use those distractions to deepen and enhance our prayer experience, but so much of the time the distractions take us away. How might we use tools of mindfulness in our davening to connect even more to our own hearts, and to the others in the room (or on the Zoom)?
